Roasted Grape Crostini

Personally I believe our table grapes are the BEST in California! They are always so sweet. We love to put fruit on grilled crostini, and these grapes are perfect for that!


Put the grapes on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil. Roast at 450 until the grapes burst and get soft, wilted and a little charred, 25 to 30 minutes.

While grapes are roasting, slice a baguette and brush with olive oil and grill.

Add whatever kind of cheese your family likes.... burrata, goat cheese, mascarpone, cream cheese, etc.

Add roasted grapes, thyme leaves, chopped walnuts, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
